| You know, there's some things I like about Xanga more then the
"facebook notes", one being that not that many people have the ability
to read this. If I post something on Facebook, it's open to everyone,
and it's going to show up on that stupid news feed, where if I post it
here, anyone can see it, but not that many people actually will. That
said, school+debate+marching band=no free time. Probably the only time
I had free before was the time after football games when all us band
kids would go to someones house, though now most tournaments are
Friday/Saturday, so that doesn't work. School isn't as bad as everyone
said, Biology is a pain, not nearly as easy as Chem, but other than
that classes are easy. My 3 best grades are in my AP classes oddly
enough, though that may be because
A. APUSH has tests weighted at 1.53 and there's only weekly HW
B. AP Calc is a repeat of last year, since i took AB last year
C. My other AP is AP Spanish, and I've already taken the AP test....and it's Spanish
On another note, how do people think the Timberwolves are going to do?
If they don't go over .500, I'll put money on Casey being gone before
the All-Star Game.

| I actually have a title for this post, because I'm seeing how crazy these British people are. I'll make a list of everything when I get back on the 4th but the one thing I've really noticed...is that EVERYONE SMOKES. Even like the 13 year old kids or at least kids who are definately younger then me. And I know in the US lotsa people smoke too....but here everyone just somkes out in public and even the kids....what if their parents happened to be nearby? And we were at Hampton Court (I was disappointed because the Garfunkel show was sold out, and the Clapton and Van Morisson shows were on different days) and there was this maze, and I made it to the center and was sitting there, and a bunch of kids were sitting on the other side of the center and smoking, and so a couple of girls came up to me and asked me if I had a cigarette, and then when I said no, they left the maze to go find one. But anyways, that's my story, and the moral is living in Britain will take 2 years off your life from second hand smoke. The End. More to come on my continuing trip later, and on my World Cup rants | | |
